Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the extraordinary support and patience you have shown TWEMCO throughout this challenging year.
As you know, we temporarily suspended direct-to-consumer sales in July 2025 to protect our ability to fulfil wholesale and export commitments. Two weeks ago, we cautiously resumed limited direct sales on a trial basis while implementing new electronic payment systems and improving our walk-in service flow. The response has been overwhelming — far beyond anything we could have prepared for. Your enthusiasm and loyalty have been truly humbling, and we are deeply grateful. However, the volume of visitors in just these past two weeks has confirmed our greatest concern: even with our ongoing improvements, we remain critically short-staffed, and our primary export and wholesale operations have once again been severely disrupted by the diversion of manpower and stock.
After very careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to immediately re-suspend all direct-to-consumer sales (both online and walk-in) effective Wednesday, 3rd December 2025.
During this period, we kindly invite all customers who wish to purchase genuine TWEMCO clocks to visit our authorized retailers in Hong Kong listed below:

This suspension will remain in place until further notice, as we must prioritise our existing commitments to long-standing wholesale and export partners worldwide.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this causes, especially to those who have travelled to visit us or were planning to purchase directly. Please know this decision was not taken lightly.
Many of our iconic flip clocks continue to be available through authorised retailers and distributors around the world.
